It appears that players in Hogwarts Legacy, an upcoming action-adventure game set in the Wizarding World, will not be able to participate in Quidditch matches JUST YET.
Quidditch is the most popular sport in the Harry Potter universe. According to individuals who have grown up watching and reading films and books, it will be one reason for them to purchase this game. Given the importance of Quidditch at Hogwarts, it seemed only natural that it would be included in Hogwarts Legacy.
Is Quidditch Going to be a Part of Hogwarts Legacy?
Last week, we finally got a look at the new Harry Potter RPG Hogwarts Legacy. Hogwarts Legacy appears like it will have a variety of content. The Wizarding World sim Hogwarts Legacy is shaping up to be the one that fans have been waiting for. There are lessons to attend, spells to learn, and a vast territory to discover beyond Hogwarts castle and its grounds.
The game is still under development, so there are still some facts about Hogwarts Legacy that haven’t been revealed. Interestingly, no hint of Quidditch was given. Many fans expected this legendary sport to debut during gameplay, but it appears that the developers will not provide us with everything at once.
- So as for the question, Yes and No are the answers. Yes, because this sport will undoubtedly be in this game. If not at launch, then at some point following patches or an event.
- This is maybe why it wasn’t on the gameplay last week. Of course, this is just my opinion but I’m definitely convinced that Quidditch will be included in this game.

QUIDDITCH AS A SINGLE-PLAYER CAMPAIGN
- Unfortunately, Avalanche has yet to make any official announcements. But they have answered a few queries on the game’s FAQ page, including one about online and co-op gameplay, to which they responded that the game is a “single-player experience.”
- As a result, unless an online component will be an addition after the game’s release, we suspect the creators will include a Quidditch element in Hogwarts Legacy with single player. In the near future, the developers will undoubtedly tease us with additional information about what to expect in this new game.
