According to a post from theqoo, a popular online community in South Korea, there would be four messages shown on the protest trucks on November 22. This has been a hot topic among K-netz on the platform. Below are the message translations from allkpop.
- “5 Center Director Lee Sang Min! It’s hard to predict what will happen in the future, isn’t it?”
- ‘Seunghan who will be no. 1 in charge of making fans drop from the fandom monthly, should leave the group.”
- “Foolish SM 5th Center that is willing to ruin the group’s 7 years, afraid to put the 70 days to waste.”
- “RIIZE will fall as long as Hong Seunghan is in it. If he leaves the group, RIIZE will rise.”
K-netz who are on the platform has shared similar sentiments about the demand for Seunghan’s departure from the group. They sent various comments about being the most issues of a rookie group, that it was better not to have let him debut with all the issues from the past, and the nonstop controversies piling up.
With all these leaked photos, videos, and circulating news and rumors, SM Entertainment and RIIZE Seunghan have yet to respond. Moreover, most international fans started defending Seunghan on social media. They ask the exposers and media outlets to leave the RIIZE member alone.

We think SM Entertainment is not planning to remove RIIZE Seunghan from the group. Sure, these may be a lot of issues to take in, but there’s only a little possibility for the departure to happen.

Earlier this year, a photo circulated of Seunghan with an alleged underage girlfriend, visiting the hotel. This was reported to have happened during his pre-debut or trainee days.
Seunghan took the responsibility to apologize for this, saying that it caused harm to his team and the staff. They are about to debut around this time, so he regrets apologizing a bit late. “I reflected a lot on my past time and actions,” he finished.

We don’t see anything hugely wrong with RIIZE Seunghan’s controversies. As the fans who defend him say, these are things that normal people do. However, the major difference is that he’s an idol and their supporters look up to him. It’s fine to see idols living their lives behind the cameras, but we hope that those exposers won’t use this against them. As the fandom says, let them live, and leave them alone.
