YG Entertainment released a statement that confirms the return of the global girl group in August. Basically means new music for fans! One of the most anticipated comebacks of this year as the group’s last music album was way back in 2020, The Album, around one year and ten months.

BLACKPINK’s Solo Music
BLACKPINK Jennie debuted solo on November 11, 2018, with her first single SOLO. Jennie takes the first solo journey among her group, and had everyone dancing to “빛이 나는 솔로 I’m going solo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo”. This dance-pop song puts everyone on their feet, so might as well watch the music video to see Jennie’s visuals, and her talent, such an all-rounder. Everyone just loves this song!
Following the 2018 solo debut of Jennie, BLACKPINK Rosé released her first single album on March 12, 2021, entitled -R-. The single album consists of two songs which are both written in English, On The Ground and Gone. A more acoustic, heartfelt song (especially the lyrics!), “All my love is gone, now you’re dead and gone” and the music video too, see the emotions, OMG you should watch it!
