Human Sacrifice Official Studio Release

Human Sacrifice just dropped three hours ago on Donald Glover’s official YouTube channel. “Human Sacrifice” came to popularity on Childish Gambino’s live performance at Rogers Arena in Vancouver on December 7th, 2018.

Childish Gambino: Live Debut in Vancouver

The Rogers Arena concert, according to reports, is where the “Human Sacrifice” was last heard, live. The artist performed the song there, leaving the audience asking for a studio release because of its raw energy and powerful lyrics.

As it stands, there’s a lot of debate online about the song’s deeper meaning and potential connection to Gambino’s artistic growth.  Some fans believe that “Human Sacrifice” is a continuation of Gambino’s socially conscious themes, while others believe it shows another side to the musician.

Fans are even more excited about this unexpected release because of the recent rumors that Gambino is quitting music. In 2017, he hinted that his next album might be the last one he releases under the Childish Gambino alias. In a 2023 interview, he gave the impression that he was denying the accusations, stating, “I’m actually working, I’m in the studio… working on little things.”
