Japanese Film Festival In India may have decided with the premiere of RADWIMPS Tour and Your Name orchestra performance for the musical line-up given its immense popularity in the nation. Of course, Makoto Shinkai’s work is in about any major Asian country and has spread to the west as well.

Weathering With You, Jujutsu Kaisen 0, and One Piece Red all of these have had amazing openings in Indian cinemas. Jujutsu Kaisen 0 previously saw an all-sold-out pre-booking sale. As such distributors seem more than eager and willing to bring more of Japan’s finest anime to the Indian screen.
