Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Isn’t Insomniac’s Next Game, But Something Else
Marvel’s Spider-Man is one of the best-selling PS4 games of all time. And it’s a no-brainer the community always longs for a sequel. Although speculated by many, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 isn’t happening anytime soon. Rather, Insomniac Games has a different on-going project at the moment. Who knows, maybe we’ll see it revealed during today’s PS5 mega-event?
The news comes from Jason Schreier. In a Twitter conversation with Steve Kovach of CNBC, where Steve asks, “You think they’ll show Spider-Man 2?”, Jason replied (in a now-deleted tweet) –

Jason Schreier says Insomniac Games is working on a different project at the moment. Something other than Marvel’s Spider-Man 2
This could mean Insomniac Games is working on a new Ratchet & Clank game, a Resistance, or a Spyro game, or something completely new we have no clue about.
It’s interesting how Jason Schreier deleted the tweet instantly as it started getting some attention. Could we hear about Insomniac’s next game during today’s PS5 event?
