Hey, there gamers! If you love indie gaming, you may have heard about the outstanding titles at the Triple-I Initiative web event. One of the intriguing games featured was Mouse, a single-player first-person shooter action game with cool cartoon influences from the 1930s.

Since its initial announcement just a short while ago, Mouse appears to be developing into something truly unique! The trailer drop gave us a juicy peek into what’s in store, featuring some unique power-ups and weapons from the golden age of animation.

• Have you ever wondered what eating Popeye’s Spinach would be like? Well, wonder no more, because Mouse has got you covered! This tasty treat beefs up your muscles, turning you into a melee powerhouse ready to dish out some serious damage.
• The trailer also teased the Whip-Like Grappling Hook, allowing you to reach certain areas in the game.
• A presumed ‘Copter Ears’ designed for aerial combat (is this a reference to Oswald the Lucky Rabbit having the ability to fly?).
• A trampoline that allows you to travel a certain distance.
• An armor (can be picked up around the area) that can boost your defenses.

Developer Fumi Games is pulling out all the stops to keep us entertained until then. They’ve even set up an official Discord server to hype the community.
