ARMYS were about to embark on a journey of rediscovering the global superstars’ past releases as the members began to enlist for mandatory military service starting from BTS JIN. However, to their amazement, the group is going to continue releasing new music throughout next year.
Jimin recently initiated this project with his fan song Closer Than This released after his enlistment. Kim Taehyung is also going to team up with American singer UMI to release the romantic track Wherever U R ahead of his birthday.

BTS JIN is reportedly going to release his solo album
Korean news outlet Daishin Securities published an article discussing the market standing of HYBE after their popular septet enlisted in the military. They believe that the company isn’t going to suffer any damages in the upcoming year as BTS members are expected to continue releasing new music.

According to their research, BTS will release more than three solo albums in 2024. These include two solo albums from recently enlisted four members namely, the group’s leader RM, V, Jimin, and Jungkook.
Joining them on the charts with his debut solo album will be the group’s oldest member Kim Seokjin, who is going to be discharged from the military in June 2024. This schedule is prepared to compensate for their physical distance and continue their communication with beloved fans, as per researcher Lim Soo-jin.
KSJ1 is coming

Korean news outlets are also describing his album as the first sign of the K-pop renaissance as it will mark the beginning of members’ return and resuming of activities. Therefore, it is an understatement to say that the level of anticipation is difficult to control.
