Fortnite Swimming Time Trial – Easy Guide
We haven’t had a time trial in Fortnite in a long period, but with the obstacles of week 6, we have a couple! So, let’s talk about swimming time trials and how to do them!
Swimming Time Trial
They’re straightforward tasks as long as you don’t fall short of the various timers that show up along the route you should follow! Both in Alameda Afligida and Castillo Coral, the activity of such time trials is identical to that of prior seasons.

How To Begin Mission
- Once a floating blue clock shows up, you have arrived at the correct location.
- To minimize colliding with other gamers, choose a location that is further out of the way.
- We suggest looting and grabbing a few firearms before beginning, just in case an opponent tries to kill you when you’re swimming.
- The time trial will commence as early as we make contact with it, and we must pursue the small-timers without departing from the trail, finishing it before the time limit expires.
Tips and Tricks
- Because you only have a restricted time to complete each checkpoint, the task may be more difficult than you anticipate. The best strategy is to jump while swimming to increase your speed.
- All you have to do now is time your jump so that you don’t unintentionally jump over a checkpoint.
- If you don’t get one, you’ll have to go back and get it.
- As you get closer to the end, the checkpoints will begin to blink, implying that the clock is running out. Don’t worry if this occurs; you’ll still have some seconds to complete the task!
- Remember that if you don’t get them all in time, you can relaunch the challenge by going back to the timer.
