The world of Boxing has seen some of the finest, strongest, quickest, and most skilled boxers in the history of professional boxing. The Ring Magazine, famously known as the Boxing Bible, had just recently ranked the top 10 Boxers in the history of the sport. Let’s take a sneak peek of who is the best of the best fighters in boxing history.
10. Archie “The Old Mongoose” Moore
One of the most hardworking fighters in boxing history, The Old Mongoose, played a tough 17 long years of struggle before getting his world title. Archie Moore was a borderline middleweight and light heavyweight fighter.

Moore was one hell of a boxer, who endured the rough and physical sport for almost three decades. An ageless fighter with not even a sight of fear in his eyes. He fought the famous Rocky Marciano but eventually lost to the legendary boxer after 8 rounds in a bout in 1955.
9. Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao
The Filipino champ managed to be ranked 9th in the 10 best boxers in the history of boxing. Arguably one of the greats, if not the greatest pound-for-pound fighter, Pacman was the only boxer who managed to win major world titles in 8 different weight classes.

Charles was a World War II Veteran who took his fighting talents in boxing during the 1940s and 1950s. The guy was unstoppable, beating the Ring’s Top 10 in the light heavyweight and heavyweight category.

There came a time in Willie’s career when he reached a record of 134-1, and an undefeated record of 73 wins.

Floyd Mayweather Jr. is the son of a former professional boxer, Mayweather Sr. “Money” never lost a single bout in his career. He got the nickname “Money” due to his huge fighting contracts.

Griffith doesn’t just fight anyone, he always fights the best. He is also famous for his resiliency, stamina, and exceptional physical strength that only a few could be on par with.
4. Tony Canzoneri
The late great Tony Canzoneri was like a boxing terminator during his era. Beating every great boxer in different weight classes. He beat 40 top 10 ranked fighters back in the day.

Robinson probably has his name on the “to-beat list” of all the best boxers in his era. Even Ali conceded and has agreed that Sugar Ray is the best.
