In the most recent live stream for Honkai: Star Rail, HoYoverse announced that version 1.1 is coming soon. Trailblazers will meet new and interesting characters through the banners, events, and new story quests coming in Honkai: Star Rail 1.1. Here are all the details you need to know to stay in the loop!
What’s new in Honkai: Star Rail 1.1?
Honkai: Star Rail version 1.1 will be named “Galactic Roaming“, as it takes players on an even wilder journey across the stars. Now that the Astral Express has gotten even more entangled with the Stellaron Hunters, we’ll get to see new characters in the next update! However, it seems that we won’t be finding a new planet to save. For now, new content will be added to the Herta Space Station, Jarilo-VI, and the Xianzhou Luofu.
Players will get to see what these locations have to offer. Who knows, we might even get to finally see what’s behind the locked gate beside the Golden Theater in the Administrative District! One thing’s for sure, Trailblazers will have the time of their lives in the new update as it introduces exciting events, features, and characters.
- Honkai: Star Rail 1.1 finally releases a friendly chat and automatic enemy pinpointing as quality-of-life updates. These two new features will ensure a smoother gaming experience for all Trailblazers out there.
- New events are also coming our way. Version 1.1 promises a refreshing gameplay experience for everyone! Whether it’s onboard the Herta Space Station or in the chilly city of Belobog, there’s something new for everyone to enjoy. The History Museum in Belobog will finally be reopened, with Trailblazers taking on the responsibility of being the museum manager.
- Of course, the highlight of Honkai: Star Rail 1.1 is the new character banners! The update introduces three new playable characters, further expanding the growing roster of Honkai: Star Rail.
Character Banners in Honkai: Star Rail 1.1
Honkai: Star Rail 1.1 will feature two character banners: Silver Wolf and Luocha. Both units are five-star characters, but they have different paths and elements. Yukong, the Sky-Faring Helm Master, also becomes playable in the upcoming patch. Both five-star characters serve different roles in your Honkai: Star Rail team comps, so choose wisely when you start pulling!
Here is a brief overview of the three new characters coming to Honkai: Star Rail once patch 1.1 is released.
Silver Wolf – Support/Sub DPS
At the beginning of the game, we first meet Silver Wolf as she helps Kafka aboard the Herta Space Station. She is known as the super genius hacker in the Stellaron Hunters. Her element is Quantum and the path she follows is the Path of Nihility, meaning she can apply debuffs to enemies while increasing her team’s ATK stats.
Luocha – Healer
One of his distinguishing features is the coffin he carries around. According to Trailblazers who got to play the game in beta, Luocha is one of the best healers in Honkai: Star Rail. His element is Imaginary and the path he follows is the Path of Abundance. Luocha’s abilities can provide useful for team comps that need a reliable healer unit.
Yukong – Support
The new four-star character in the update is Yukong, a character we’ve already seen at the start of the Xianzhou Luofu arc. She is an Imaginary-type character who follows the Path of Harmony, making her an excellent choice for team comps that don’t have a reliable support unit. Her drop rate is boosted in both banners, meaning you have a high chance of getting her after 10 pulls.
